WHO ARE WE?
ZLNY Ltd is the trading name of Neal’s Yard restaurant The Barbary Next Door. It is part of the same family as, The Palomar (ZLC London Ltd) The Barbary (ZLC 7dials Ltd) and The Blue Posts which is also home to The Mulwray and Evelyn's Table (ZL Chinatown Ltd).
WHAT INFORMATION DO WE ASK FOR?
To enable us to manage your reservations we will ask you to provide personal details such as:

- Phone number
- Email address
- Address
- Payment details
- Guest names
For marketing we collect:
- Name
- Email address
When signing up to our newsletter, we will only ever ask for your email address and your name although your name is not obligatory. You can ask for details to be removed from our system at any time by contacting us directly or by unsubscribing to our newsletter by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email.
WHY AND HOW DO WE USE THIS INFORMATION?
We collect personal information provided from you when using our reservation or booking services. We will process this personal information for the purposes of providing you with our services, dealing with your enquiries and requests, administering orders for goods such as gift vouchers and providing you with confirmation of your reservations.
For marketing, we use Mailchimp to manage our mailing list and to send out newsletters via email to let you know what we’re up to. You will receive news and details of upcoming special events and offers from The Barbary Next Door and occasionally the other members of our family: The Palomar, The Barbary, The Blue Posts, The Mulwray and Evelyn's Table. We will only keep your data for as long as you give us permission.

We do not disclose your personal information to third parties other than the third-party service providers (such as Seven Rooms and Mailchimp) to help us operate our business and the website and to administer activities on our behalf.
